Opera history is full of conductors who left an indelible mark on the art form, from the time of Giuseppe Verdi to the present day. The third lecture of this Opera Boot Camp series delves into the life and work of some of the most beloved conductors of operas past and present, including Arturo Toscanini, Herbert von Karajan, Georg Solti, and Leonard Bernstein.
