The Metropolitan Opera Guild

  • As part of the citywide effort to mitigate the spread of the COVID-19 virus, and to prioritize the health of our community,
the Metropolitan Opera Guild has canceled all programming through March 31st. This includes all lecture events, score desk
seats and backstage tours. The fifteenth annual OPERA NEWS Awards gala, scheduled for April 5 at the Plaza in Manhattan,
has also been canceled.

The staff and board of directors of the Metropolitan Opera Guild acknowledge the continued support of our patrons and our
community of opera lovers. Although we will honor requests for refunds to any of the canceled events, we are grateful that so
many ticket buyers have already chosen to donate the cost of their tickets to support the education programs of the
Metropolitan Opera Guild.

Please call 212-769-7028 or e-mail info@metguild.org with any questions.
